The trend in the boat industry has long been new builds on existing hulls, but with the Nordic Rover 43, Skorgenes is once again going its own way. Here you get a completely new boat from keel to top light. Skorgenes has built a completely new boat and some of the solutions and equipment you are used to seeing on board have been replaced with new, well thought-out solutions that make the boat both lighter and more user-friendly. The designers have started from scratch with this boat, throwing out all the old standards and daring to think in new ways. The Skorgenes Nordic Rover 43 also has design solutions not often seen on this type of boat. For example, the entire cabin has been placed off-centre to provide more space on the gangway. The Skorgenes Nordic Rover 43 can come with two or three cabins and one or two toilets. The boat feels more spacious than most in its class.
The interieur
The interior of the Skorgenes Nordic Rover 43 comes standard with 2 cabins that can accommodate 4 people. As an option, the Skorgenes Nordic Rover 43 is also available with 3 cabins accommodating 6 people. In the saloon you will find the kitchen with an oven, cooker and fridge on the right-hand side. The furniture is made of high-quality material which gives the interior a luxurious look. The ceiling of both the cockpit and the interior is illuminated with LED lights.
The seating area is L-shaped and seats 6 people. The steering position has a luxurious seat made by Audi. From this steering position, you can exit through a door onto the gangway. Thanks to the choice of interior materials and the large surface area of glass all around, the interior looks spacious and chic. The windscreen is bonded in one piece so the view is not obstructed by window bars etc. The Skorgenes Nordic Rover 43 is equipped with 2 wet cells with toilet, sink and an indoor shower.
The Deck
The open-cockpit of the Skorgenes Nordic Rover 43 comfortably seats 5 people on the sofa. The sofa is available with an attractive cushion set covered in outdoor fabric. The owner and his friends can enjoy the sun in the open cockpit or cover it with an optional tent if the weather is not so pleasant. The deck and swimming platform can be additionally covered in teak or artificial teak, based on the owner’s choice. The open-cockpit can be additionally equipped with an outdoor grill and extra fridge. Extra wide gangways lead to another large round seating area at the front of the boat. Here you can seat 6 people. The sofa is available with an attractive cushion set covered in outdoor fabric.
